A happy customer is … a happy customer.

Every business owner would like to have nice happy customers to deal with. So any opportunity to influence their attitude positively should be embraced, shouldn’t it? And often it’s the little things that count, like when they notice those subtle visual cues that draw them closer in empathy with the business.

Provoke a positive emotional response to connect with the heart, and funny bone, and get them on your side right from the outset.

An example of a quick, easy, cost effective way to do this, is to greet them at the entrance with humour - with a funky rug. I was always an admirer of the work of artist and all round creative Mark Mothersbaugh, so I was particularly thrilled to see his work in another form - one I could specify for interior projects.

Now threre’s an interesting thought … Some of those Beautiful Mutant images on a rug would probably stop you in your tracks!
